For decades, the global air cargo community has come together to celebrate the people, companies, and innovations shaping our industry through the STAT Times International Awards for Excellence in Air Cargo.

Having celebrated 40 years of STAT Times, we continue our commitment to recognising the achievements, resilience, and progress that drive the air cargo industry forward. These awards honour the organisations pushing boundaries, the leaders inspiring change, and the innovators creating new possibilities for global air cargo.

If your organisation has made a meaningful contribution to the industry, we invite you to share your story, showcase your achievements, and be recognised among the best in the business.

The STAT Times International Awards for Excellence in Air Cargo recognise achievement across the entire global air cargo ecosystem. Applications are welcome from companies, organisations, teams, and individuals demonstrating excellence in their respective fields.

Eligible applicants include airports, airlines, freight forwarders, ground handlers, GSSAs, technology providers, and other stakeholders contributing to the movement of global air cargo.

If your achievements reflect innovation, leadership, operational excellence, or meaningful industry impact, we invite you to step forward and earn recognition among your peers.

Complete Your Nomination

- Fill in the online nomination form with accurate details about your company or nominee

Build Your Submission Prepare a single PDF document of up to 10 MB, including:

Organisation or Nominee Profile: Your background, expertise, and journey.

Achievements and Innovation: Results, data, testimonials, case studies, and other evidence supporting your achievements.

Supporting Visuals: Photographs, infographics, and charts that bring your story to life.

Official Branding: Your company logo in original and reverse formats.

Build Your Submission

Structure your submission to highlight your achievements, the challenges you have overcome, and the tangible difference you have made to the industry. Focus on specific examples and evidence that demonstrate the value of your contribution.

Your achievements deserve to be presented with clarity and confidence.

Once your nomination form and supporting PDF are ready, upload both through the awards portal

Before submitting, review all the information and supporting documents carefully to ensure your application is complete and accurate

Important: Make sure to submit your application by the announced deadline. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted

The excitement continues after nominations close, as the shortlisted nominees move on to the voting stage.

Shortlist Announcement

The shortlisted nominees will be announced on December 07, following the evaluation of nominations

Public Voting

The global air cargo community will be invited to vote for their preferred nominees during the official voting period

Voting Guidelines

To ensure a fair and transparent process, the following rules apply:

No self-voting: Nominees cannot vote for themselves
Official business email required: Only votes submitted using official corporate email addresses will be accepted. Votes from personal email accounts, including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Proton, and Outlook, will not be accepted.
Vote verification: All votes will be verified to ensure their authenticity and accuracy

The winners will be determined through the votes of the global air cargo community, giving industry professionals a voice in recognising the achievements and contributions of their peers.
