Every year, the global air cargo community comes together for a very special moment, the STAT Times International Awards for Excellence in Air Cargo.
These awards are more than just titles. They're a celebration of resilience, creativity, and dedication, the qualities that keep our industry moving forward even in the most challenging times. We honor the game-changers who dared to innovate, the organizations that pushed boundaries, and the leaders whose efforts made a real difference in shaping the future of air cargo.
If you, your team, or your organization has created meaningful impact in this industry, we invite you to step into the spotlight. This is your chance to tell your story, inspire others, and be recognized on one of the most prestigious platforms in global air cargo.
The awards are open to companies, organizations, and leaders across the global air cargo value chain.
Whether you're an airport, cargo carrier, forwarder, ground handler, GSSA, technology provider, or any player making a positive difference in the way cargo moves, you're welcome here.
Big or small, local or global, if you've introduced fresh ideas, driven innovation, or created an impact that others can learn from, this stage belongs to you.
We've kept the process simple, but meaningful. Here’s what you need to do:
Complete the Online Nomination Form- Fill in all required details carefully. Accuracy is important, we want to make sure we share your story exactly as you intend.
Prepare a Self-Declaration with Supporting Documentation- Create a single, well-structured PDF (maximum size: 10MB) that includes:
- Overview / About You: A short introduction to your company or nominee. Share your journey, values, and what makes you unique.
- Achievements & Impact: Highlight projects, solutions, or initiatives that have brought measurable change. Be specific, what challenge did you solve, and how?
- Evidence of Impact: Strengthen your case with numbers, client feedback, testimonials, case studies, or any other proof.
- Visual & Supplementary Materials: Photos, infographics, or charts that illustrate your story.
Logos: Your official logo in both original and reverse formats.
Make sure your PDF flows clearly. Think of it like telling a story: Who you are, what you’ve achieved, and why it matters.
The excitement continues even after submissions close.
On 15th December, we will announce the shortlisted nominees.
The global air cargo community will then be invited to cast their votes.
To keep the process fair and transparent:
- No self-voting, nominees cannot vote for themselves.
- Only corporate votes count, votes must be submitted through official business email addresses (personal emails such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, proton or Outlook will not be accepted).
Every vote will be verified to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- This way, the winners are chosen by the voices of the very community we all belong to.
- Nominations Open: November 01, 2025
- Nominations Close: December 07, 2025
- Shortlisted Nominees Announced: December 15, 2025
- Voting Period: December 15, 2025 to January 30, 2026
- Gala Award Night: February 25, 2026, at the Jasmine ballroom, Jio World Convention Centre, BKC
